Four families volunteered to participate in "The Observer & The Observed".  These families all have one or more children facing mental health or behavioral challenges.  All are or were receiving services through the Sarasota Partnership for Children's Mental Health and its affiliated agencies.  Children receiving services through the partnership are younger than 10 years old, but the families have children ranging in age.
